Terms and Conditions to inquire about immigrating to Canada through a Professional Consultant

Greetings and Salutations
Elegant Immigration Services appreciates your reaching out to our registered Canadian Immigration Firm under the federal and provincial registries, founded and managed by Dr. Seyed Ali Yousefi Namin, a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) (Membership No. R535117) and a Commissioner for taking Affidavits in British Colombia (Provincial authority of the Federal Government of Canada) who administers oaths and affirmations and taking affidavits (Mandate Code 2021-1049).
The Terms and Conditions for consulting and representing Canada immigration matters for the applicants who reside in Canada, based on the recent CICC regulations as well as the professional code of ethics of this licensing body recently announced by IRCC, are stipulated below:
1- The appointments for consultations would be held in-office, by phone or by video call (via one of the video call apps) for those residing in Canada. The appointments must be scheduled through our “Book an Appointment” link in the portal.
“In-Person” appointments are held at the following address:

Video Call consultations would be held via Zoom application for which you receive a link to join.
2- A consultation session takes 45 minutes as the scheduled starting time. The office hours are from 09:30 AM to 4:30 PM (PST), Monday to Friday. The appointments must be prescheduled and within the working hours mentioned. In-person consultations should be selected ONLY during working hours; otherwise, they will be cancelled automatically without notice.
3- The consultation fee for applicants residing in Canada is 100 CAD. It will be charged AFTER the session. The payment method (within Canada) would be either by credit card or e-transfer to the following email address

Receipt of payment will be issued and sent to you for all payments as per the regulations.
If the consultation session ends in a service agreement, the consultation fee would be deducted from the sum of the service agreement fee or refunded.
Scheduling an appointment through the link in the system
means all the terms have already been accepted
If an IMMEDIATE consultation appointment is necessitated which it is impossible to schedule one through our portal, you can leave a voice message providing the details for the urgency of your request on WhatsApp number +1 (236) 777 0336 or by clicking on the following link, which automatically opens the WhatsApp page for you.

Your request will be examined, and you will be contacted accordingly. There is no guarantee that we can fit your session into our schedule; leaving a message or informing us about an urgency does not make Elegant Immigration Services responsible for your legal immigration status.
4- The consultation session and all records and information included are subject to the Privacy Act of Canada, and all the parties are banned from publishing and disclosing them in hard copy, soft copy, or under any circumstances whatsoever.
5- The content of the provided consultation would be in accordance with the regulations effective ONLY of the consultation session date and could only be referred to that date. Elegant Immigration Services is not responsible for any change in IRCC regulations on any future dates.
6- Please accept our apologies, as due to the high volume of requests, changing the scheduled date of the consultation to a closer one would not be possible. In case of any cancellations
7 – Please inform us if you would like to cancel the appointment you already booked. In this way, you help others to reach more availabilities. It is highly appreciated.
After revision of the above Terms and Conditions, you may click here to enter the “Book an Appointment” page in our portal and schedule an appointment based on your and our availability.
For your information, this portal has been designed to automatically show the available times with the local time of your location of residence, and you can easily choose the right time and date that suits you among the availabilities. It automatically adjusts your local time with ours.
You will receive a confirmation email for your scheduled appointment, considering that the terms of the consultation appointment have been carefully reviewed and accepted.
